Project Description

Building A - Business Technology Facility and school administrative offices consisted of remodeling 20,000 SF. including upgrades to HVAC and fire alarm systems.

Building B - Technology Lab Facility consisted of renovation to existing labs and Air Conditioning Units.

Building C- Student Service Building consisted of the removal and replacement of an existing student services facility and related administrative offices.

Building D- HVAC, Welding, Auto Body and Plumbing Technology Facility project consisted of renovating existing labs including plumbing lines and fixtures, ventilation systems, fire alarms, and electrical systems.

Building E & J - Culinary Arts Facility consisted of renovating the existing culinary arts kitchen and cafeteria.  A new walk in freezer and cooler were added as well renovating the kitchen area.

Building F - Health Science Facility consisted of renovation to 18,000 sq. ft. of an existing school of nursing.  Work included fire, ADA, HVAC and miscellaneous upgrades to the facility.

Building G - Criminal justice and Computer-technology Center consisted of renovating 20,000 S.F. of the multi-purpose facility.  Work included ADA upgrades, HVAC and fire alarm replacement.

Building H - Automotive and Machine Technology Facility consisted of renovating 16,000 SF of existing teaching and lab facilities.  Work included ADA upgrades, HVAC and fire alarm replacement.
