Project Description

New two building two-story office facility with tile roofs, arched colonnades, and decorative railings. The building has a distinctive clock tower with elevator, stairway and tenant directory that connects both buildings. A central courtyard with garden fountain and seating is located between the two buildings. The building also features covered arcade on all sides, with views to the lake and campus-style surroundings.
